Delete your Path data
You can delete your Path account and everything in it at any time: in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. This page is for Path.ai, the app by Feynman Labs FZ-LLC.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Path, tap You, then Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and data, then Yes, delete everything.
This deletes your account and everything in it from our servers straight away, and removes the copy on your device. It can't be undone. If you want to keep your plans, tap Export my data first.
Without the app
Email legal@feynmanlabs.com with the subject "Delete my Path data" and your account number.
- Where to find your account number: in the app under You > Settings > Your account, or as
user.idin a file from Export my data. It is a code of 32 letters and numbers. - What happens next: we delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Path has no names, email addresses or passwords, so without the account number we can't tell which account is yours. An account nobody uses is deleted automatically after 24 months.
What is deleted
- Your account (age band, country, state or region, your class if you joined one with a class code, dates, and which AI notice you agreed to), every plan, your check-ins, your settings and any answers you reported.
- Chats and photos are never saved by us, so there is nothing to delete there.
What is kept
- Counts of how much AI you used are kept only as numbers (tokens, searches, cost, time), with no link to you, and deleted after 12 months.
- Daily counts of how often help lines were shown, by age band and by US state (or by country and region outside the US). They never had a link to you or any of your words, and are deleted after 12 months.
- Deleted data can stay in backups for up to 7 days, then it is gone. Our database host, Render, keeps these backups.
- Requests already sent to our AI provider are deleted by it within 30 days, or up to 2 years for requests it flags.
- Our hosting provider's request logs are deleted within 30 days.

Parents and guardians
The quickest way to delete your teen's data is You > Settings > Delete my account and data on their device. You can also email us with their account number, as above.
